'Spring' cleaning

Hello all.

In the interests of keeping things ordered (and because I had free time for once and not having anything to do feels weird.) I've taken the opportunity to tidy the forums. Any thread that has been posted in during TYOOL 2019 has not been moved, but older threads have now been archived. Furthermore, there are now sections in the archives for incomplete threads in each arc.

If you feel your thread has been wrongly classified as incomplete (I don't have that much time that I can read them all and had to go by the state of the last post. Some were easier to tell than others.) then let me know here and I will move it to the relevant completed section.

I'm waiting on Iva to give me the go-ahead for cleaning up the 'The World' section since that's his area and I'm not taking responsibility for messing up his carefully laid plans.

This has been very enlightening for me as it has brought to my attention the sheer number of incomplete threads. Please, finish your threads, people, or you won't be allowed dessert. If you want the opportunity to give an incomplete thread a conclusion then I'll allow it, but don't take the piss. Keep the conclusions concise and use summaries if you have to.
