Revamped Rules

Hey everyone,

As you've seen lately we've been adding new things to the forum to facilitate and add more RPing possibilities, such as the magician-specific IC category. However, we've also been changing how things work around here, and therefore I announce we've taken a look at the rules and have revamped them.

Though while we've taken care of the major parts, please keep in mind that some parts might still be subject to change, or that we may add new rules, so do check the rules once in a while as they will apply to both older and newer members.
