Re: NT Volume 5
Well after finally getting through the latest volume I have to say I'm really liking the direction things are taking now. It's nice to see some old plot threads being addressed (the Windowless Building for instance) and after the Hawaii/Baggage City arcs (which kind of left me a little cold save for a few stand out moments) the plot seems to be building up to something major in the near future. And to top it all off we've got a really creepy new potential villain.
And some familiar faces popped up who we've not seen in a while.
Though it makes me wonder how long the series is going to continue. I get the impression New Testament will be the end of the main Toaru story at least, but will it be 20-odd volumes like it's predecessor?
It definitely gives us a lot of potential RP wise. I'll have to make a few adjustments to my current plans to compensate, but I'm definitely excited to see where things go from here.
And that epilogue... Damn.
