[SNPC/Esper] Shizuko Jun

FULL NAME: Shizuko Jun
AGE: 15 years old.
GENDER: Female.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Jun has long blonde hair usually held up in a ponytail with some part of her fringe being held by a barrette. She also has heterochromic eyes, with her left one being green and her right one purple.
 
INFORMATION: Despite what her name could imply, she is the 'nuclear warhead of a troubling mood maker' of Natsumi's class. Also called the “Heterochromatic Sisters” with Alicia Abigaelle due to their diverging personalities yet close friendship. She is the one who brings most of the friendly atmosphere in the class, much to the despair of their teacher.

She is somewhat stupid, but can be pretty sharp and perceptive when it comes down to it, though she has no self-confidence and usually doesn't realize she hit the bullseye. The main reason of her acceptance in Tokiwadai's middle school is due to her athletic feats that she showed at multiple instances during Daihaseisai.

Jun gives out a mysterious aura around her due to the fact that she never talks about herself, claiming her life to be too boring to mention. She also has an uncanny passion for learning more about Natsumi's past, despite getting repeatedly thrown off.

ABILITIES: Level 3 Speed Check. Shizuko can accelerate or decelerate by two times the speed of anything she touches in a span of five minutes.

Speed check can be applied to human beings and thrown objects weighting under 3 kg, as well as her own body.

However, the after-effect of using it on her own body is that after usage, her body considerably slows down for a few minutes, rendering her unable to try cheating at sports with her ability even if she wanted to.
