pfft i can't ignore this, if my character is actually approved and completed by then, i'd totally be down. I'm pretty sure Charles would participate in something like this. Plus, if he didn't i'm sure the church would expose him as what he is~ so he essentially has no choice in the matter haha.
So yah, once i work out all the bumps (as we've discussed multiple times) I'll easily hope that i can be apart of this~ haha just seems to be a cool side story, and a good way to get a feel for my character....of course all this is if i'm allowed~ haha

Frail... is the first description that comes to mind when meeting Anne for the first time. She wears a black gothloli fashion and styles a long silver sidetail. Something about her eyes feels... inhumane to say the least.
INFORMATION: A Great Witch of Golden Dawn. There is a little to no information regarding her in both Roman Catholic and Anglican Church Intelligence. Her name alludes all to believe she has a strong connection with the original creator of Golden Dawn, once the largest magic cabal in the United Kingdom, founded by a woman named Anna Sprengel who has been MIA for 20 years. She is believed to have been involved with various acts of magical terrorism across the world and as such she is sought out by the Roman Catholic Church as a dangerous individual.

She was alternatively known as Snow White among her allies and White Death by her enemies.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
Azai Sakon appears as a young man with spiky, scarlet hair. He has brown eyes and is noteably very tall and appears to be a quite a fascinating man. He wears a indigo khaki suit with the Necessarius crest. Despite his tall lanky figure, he is deceptively muscular under the suit.
INFORMATION:
Formerly known by the Board of Directors as the Joker of Nagatenjouki Academy, a Lv 0 equipped with a unique ability capable of copying the abilities of any Esper and keep it for himself until he copies another. He was known to specialize in performing dirty jobs that are too dangerous for Anti-Skill and also crucial for Academy City itself ranging from trafficking to assassinations.
Earliest records show that Sakon was one of many Child Errors taken into custody by the Special Esper Dual Modification Technology Research Institute and one of the few who lives to this day. Byproduct of the ongoing experiment for the development of Dual Skill, he was discovered to be able to accurately copy abilities of his peers and showed the highest potential to reach Dual Skill before the research facility was shut down and dismantled by Anti-Skill.
During the shut down of Special Esper Dual Modification Technology Research Institute, he was taken to another facility where his abilities were further developed and researched. At the age of 16 he was among the few who could have easily claimed the title of the strongest Esper yet his existence was kept as a closely guarded secret so that he can be used as a potential weapon against the Lv5 Espers should they incite a revolt against Academy City.
Throughout most of his teenage life, he's seen more blood than professional hitman, often abused as the Board of Directors bloodhound, killing off whoever stood in their way. With constant exposure to violence it was believed to have been the cause of his deteriorating sanity as he developed an almost unquenchable bloodlust, becoming a dangerous Joker in their deck of cards.
His final assignment was to act as a Watcher, to keep Accelerator in check from the shadows but this in turn threatened their future plans for the Level 6 Shift Project when Sakon developed a desire to kill Accelerator.
When his intentions became clear, Sakon was hunted down by Academy City but ultimately it was too late as he fled the district, never to be seen again within Academy City.
To Academy City, he is a wanted criminal and a highly dangerous element. There is a official warrant for his arrest, dead or alive...
ABILITIES:
Lv 0 AIM Hacker
There has never been a clear way to gauge the potentials of his abilities and thus it was deemed too unpredictable to give it a Level befitting of the maximum capacity of his ability. By tracking and copying the values of a target Esper's AIM Field, he can then dissolve his current Personal Reality to re-image and Pirate another Esper's Personal Reality as his own, thus in the process duplicating the abilities of another Esper effectively.
Street Fighting
While never trained formally or even routinely, Sakon's constant fighting has conditioned him to his peak of physical prowess, possessing agility, flexibility, and dexterity that can match, if not overwelm most opponents. Combined with his talent, his fighting prowess naturally strengthens and develops with each fight and has allowed him to defeat many expert fighters relying on nothing but his own physical strength and brawling, so many that he easily grows bored against most opponents.

For Shirou's most efficient development, between Tracing and just a throwback to who Mysterious Heroine "X" is, I would strongly prefer fighting her.
Certainly, any attempt to fight other minions may prove deadly or impossible.

I think the original plan was too naive and didn't really seem that interesting for most people from the looks of it so I'm going to revise the original plan and come up with something else.

Well it could also be that we are the most active magic users? i mean essentially that could be it too. I think only espers who are connected to magic users could participate in this? i dunno i'll read it over again.
