[SNPC/Esper] Kirikami Naoto

FULL NAME: Kirikami Naoto
AGE: 16
GENDER: Male
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: In terms of physical stature, he’s quite average, but his choice of clothing is anything but. Every day of the year, you’ll find him wearing a fine black suit with a fedora to complete the effect. He wears it throughout rain and sun, snow and hail, summer and winter. (Although, the first time he tried wearing it in the summer, he got heat stroke and nearly died. He’s made a habit of wearing an underarmor of cold packs ever since.)  
INFORMATION: Kirikami Naoto is a new initiate of the Perversion Propagation Committee’s Academy City Branch, and works under the Miniature Angel Troupe (known informally as the Lolicon Brigade). The Perversion Propagation Committee is essentially an online club of sorts. What makes it unique, however, is its scale. It has members from all over the world, in every country, and its not uncommon for members to meet up in real life. It's sole goal is the celebration of perversion in all its forms. Naoto walked in on one of their meet ups one day and applied on a whim, and ended up being enthusiastically inducted. Though he hasn’t even been a member for a month yet, his name is already well known throughout the group because of his other proclivities.

Though he tries to act like a hard-boiled detective from some noir film, he always ruins the effect at some important juncture by doing anything from tripping over thin air, biting his tongue, being nailed in the head by a random flying ball, or getting so nervous he forgets his own name. Despite how standoffish he may appear at first because of that character he tries to play, however, he is actually a rather earnest, hard-working well-meaning individual. Though he tries to look the other way when he see a classmate, coworker, or fellow PPC member in trouble because being nice and helping would be contrary to his ‘character’, in the end he always gives in and assists while trying to maintain his image (with varying degrees of success).  

In the thread [SS] JudgementCon: LoliJustice Naoto has been dispatched on his first mission as a member of the PPC: to recruit the rumored 'lolicon' to their cause. Entrusted with this important job by his kind seniors, Naoto will try good best, but will be manage to succeed is the question...
ABILITIES: Though Kirikami Naoto is a level 0 with no supernatural ability to speak, he does have one ‘superpower’ that makes those held by some level 1s or 2s pale in comparison. No matter what he does, no matter hard he tries, he always manages to screw up terribly somehow. Some scientists have tried to postulate that it is in fact an esper ability (for which they proposed the name of ‘Perfect Klutz’), but no research has validated the theory as of yet.

Additionally, though it cannot be called a superpower, the fact that Naoto still manages to keep on going with that same attitude must be commended. Despite his constant failures, he still continues on with the same optimism and enthusiasm as before. However, given his success record, it’s become difficult to tell whether he's hard-working or if he simply doesn’t know when to give up…

Character sounds nice and quite a fun occasional addition to threads; a peculiar individual just like Academy City likes them. But I'm really not sure about the PPC so can you at least bring in the edits we talked about regarding the scale and type of group it is so that I can carry out a proper eval?

My sincerest apologies for the delay. Now, I see no further issues since the character is as odd as Academy City likes them and the requested edits have been brought in.

Beware though that if I see you scaling up the PPC to anything other than an online club without warning me, it shall be shut down immediately~!
