[SNPC/Esper] Kurama Kenji

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: A tall youth with a shaved head and small, intense eyes. His appearance is of a delinquent, with loose, unkempt clothes and a rough manner. His peculiar facial features give his facial expressions the appearance of a caricature, seeming almost larger than life.
INFORMATION: A stereotypical troublemaker, Kenji is one of the many disenfranchised Level 0s of Academy City. According to Tsukuyomi Komoe, his former teacher, Kenji used to be a sweet, quiet child, though he was often bullied for his appearance. 2 years ago the boy changed, becoming increasingly violent and unstable. Most of his former classmates and teachers believe it to be the result of his constant bullying, however Komoe believes that there is something more to it. Since leaving school Kenji has become a gang leader among the Skill Outs of the city and is now involved in a number of shady activities.
ABILITIES: It was previously believed, that as a Level 0 Kenji had no powers of his own. However following his confrontation with Touko during the first arc he was revealed to have developed an ability; KINETIC DRIVE, which allows him to store and release kinetic energy from his own body and surroundings. He primarily uses this ability to launch small projectiles at speeds comparable to a bullet. Other uses include the ability to absorb and nullify any kinetic force he comes into contact with, effectively rendering him impervious to attacks which use kinetic energy. In addition Kenji is a formidable street fighter despite his small frame. What he does possess however is firepower. His criminal connections have allowed him to smuggle small quantities of firearms into Academy City, a very difficult task indeed. He uses these weapons primarily as a scare tactic when enforcing his will but he is not above using them if the need arises.
