[SNPC/Magician] Nabuki Kenozuya

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: A relatively young and youthful individual typically sporting a smug expression by default. In addition to grey eyes and red, shoulder length hair. They typically wear a pair of gloves that are kept on when in a "playful" mood but removed to show that "now things are serious." Beyond that, they sport a black botton up and white tie, in a failed attempt to mimic a school's usual uniform, paired with white formal/business pants that are flailed and torn at the end due to not bothering to cuff them. And lastly, a pair of plain black, lace-less dress shoes with metal tips.

INFORMATION: Nabuki "Sadist" Kenozuya, or more so typically referred to as "that sadistic bastard." A Japanese, occasionally-hired-as-a-merc, magician, known to be an extremely violent and brutal individual that specializes in causing people all sorts of pain, whether emotional, physical, or mental. Whatever the method they use, regardless of spell or mundane object, they get an unusual amount of enjoyment out of causing others harm, wearing an unwavering, malevolent grin during the entirety of the process. Their casting methodology is otherwise unknown, due to the only person they reveal it to being their query, whom is typically never left alive to tell the tale. The only thing left behind is a series of small, needle-like instruments jabbed into the individual in a way similar to acupuncture.  

Due to growing bored with there usual methods, they performed a bit "research" to find something to really "spice" up his arsenal, to truly make his targets "know the meaning of pain." The perfect conclusion they arrived at was the sealing stone of Tamamo-no-Mae, an ancient magician known to leave misfortune and misery in her wake. Finding and destroying the prison of stone without a second thought and taking the seal for their self, they set out into the perfect playground to test out their new "toy;" Academy City.

The basis and catalyst for most of Nabuki Kenozuya's spells revolve around the usage of needles, using a technique similar to acupuncture to
cause the most pain possible. This technique, on a spiritual level, is typically used to promote healing via improving the flow of Qi, which is believed to be a "pathway" for energy to flow between key points in the body and promote good health. When such a technique is used improperly, it could cause the inverse of blocking these pathways, overall causing more harm, and by extension, pain, to an individual. These needles are then further augmented by magic to make them more precise over a distance and all the more painful, however they are usually never used for the aim of stunning or debilitation, as improper usage can also potentially cause.

One spell that is used via these needles is more of a "slow burn;" they are typically landed in a person in such a way, it remains in a blind spot and oddly enough causes no pain. This needle only "activates" at exactly 9PM, when it begins to emit a sudden, unseen field of negative karmatic energy all at once, based off the belief of the number "9" being seen as "unlucky" in Japanese culture. Though this sudden imbalance of energy only lasts mere moments, the alteration is enough for a misfortunate event to still occur within that time frame, in which the needle ceases to be afterwards. This is akin to how the presence of Tamamo seemingly caused misfortune to those closest to her, only to seemingly "disappear" after the fact. In a similar way, this can occur to a generalized area, if enough needles are placed at the proper intervals, allowing for the negative karmatic fields to chain into one, bigger sphere of misfortune. Something else of note is that if enough needles are together at one time, a mist forms, though only at the precise time of 9PM and for a short period after the fact. When the needles are within this mist, they become practically translucent. This mist is reminiscent of the deadly fog that the sealing stone used to omit when the seal was first imprisoned and the magician's abilities were still at it's peak, before being properly exercised and put to sleep.

As for the seal of Tamamo, it takes on the form of a black kitsune mask, representing that of the sullied and darkened spirit of the ancient magician. The basic property of the seal is that, akin to one of the primary forms of trickery Kitsune were known to use, the wearer may take on the exact form of anyone they please. This requires that the user has made physical or magical contact with the designated "form" at some point. The mask also allows for the wearer to take on what was believed to be the true form Tamamo-no-Mae; a nine tailed fox, or at least certain desired characteristics of one. While in the form of the fox, the user has quicker reflexes and a general increase of resistance. Each individual tail also acts as an extremely sharp, extendable tendril. However, for each usage of the mask and the longer someone wears it, the more they lose their self to its power, becoming less sane and generally loosing all sense of self due to the spirit of Tamamo whispering and weaving destructive and malevolent thoughts into one's physique, as she was believe to have done to many emperors in the past.
