SS Thread: Fairy Dance

Rumors have spread among the more adventurous students. While rumors in themselves are nothing new, this specific one had found it's way into your ears: After the sun has gone down, a fairy comes out to play. The adventurous and lucky might catch a glimpse of a red light dancing around in the artful scenery in a park of northern District 9, bordering District 20. Asking the District 20 students earns a sigh and shaking of the head, as if they already know. Yet, they won't explain the truth and leave it unanswered.

The rest of the rumors were clearly over-exaggerated, romanticized and conflicting; her clothing ranging from fluttering, blossoming dresses to a complete lack of dress whatsoever. Her figure is said to be radiating playful immaturity or rumored to be seductively mature. Some thought it was a hologram. Others believed it was a student. If it was a hologram, why is there a need for it to activate at such a late hour? If it was a student, what secrets would such a student hold that they would only come out past sundown?

Obviously, there's only one way to find out: Are you willing to risk missing curfew to hunt the supposedly elusive existence?

PS: Hyokas, as I will be absent from the 17th to the 20th, in case this SS starts during that time, can I be introduced later if it's alright with you? I mean, no need for it to be in the intro scenes, unless the plot you've planned requires that of course. So, I wanted to ask if it's ok that I join giving my 3 days of inactivity this week.

I am expressing my interest in the participation of this Side Story before making any commitments. I feel like the best way to start would be with what seems like a light-hearted story of sorts. Although, like everything relevant to Fairies in an Urban Fantasy setting, I doubt that it's going to remain as lighthearted as it sounds and such. Either way I'm down with this if you'll have me.

After some thought on the matter, it would seem I'll sign up with Taichi Oda and not Saten Ruiko. For reasons that could lead to contradictions, but mostly I want to avoid using characters which can have logical ties with my characters. I rather allow other people to NPC them in turn and so it doesn't seem like I'm using them for my benefit.

I do trust myself not to do it, but it's less trouble that I don't even try. So I'm afraid you going to have to find someone else to roleplay Saten.

So I'll like to sign up to this roleplay with Taichi Oda.

Right. I've been keeping a close eye on this and let me say...

You guys didn't give me much of a hard time in terms of being able to follow everything. In fact, there's a whole lot of nothing happening.

Barring the problems I see with the way this thread is being played out in itself, the lack of guidance or even any respect for deadlines is absolutely aberrant. No one's posting, reminding each other to post, or even remembering that the thread exists and if that's the case then I'm eventually going to have to step in here.

This will be my first and last warning on the matter: If Hyokas doesn't step up her GMing game and if I don't see a more regular and appropriate pace for this thread, I will be taking actions and believe me it won't be pretty.
