APPEARANCE: Iori is a lithe girl that is tall for her age. Her long, red hair ends in blunt bangs that hold lots of hair clips and ties. Her golden eyes usually peer through stylized glasses. She’s not overly athletic, but her thin figure shows she puts some effort into maintaining her weight. She wears the standard uniform for her school—a sailor fuku with a dark skirt—but changes out of it almost immediately into something more comfortable for her when she comes back home.

DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: The striking combination of gold-colored eyes and red hair definitely helps distinguish her from a crowd.

Cool
She’s not one to get fired up over something easily. In fact she tends to be largely unemotional most of the time. It’s not easy to get her flustered or to cry. That doesn’t mean she’s completely stoic. She does smile and laugh rather easily, but she just doesn’t find a lot of things worth worked up over.
Level-Headed
This may be a trait due to her cool personality, but Iori doesn’t tend to make rash decisions at all. She’s not one to rush into fights or make mistakes if she can help it. She makes logical decisions, and if she could she would plan before she makes a move. This is especially true whenever she plays games, where she has plenty of time to make strategies to take down even the hardest bosses solo.
Competetive
When she wants something, she will fight hard for it. Be it winning a match in her favorite video game or buying the last limited edition Gekota merchandise in stock. This doesn’t mean she’s a sore loser though, if she loses something she usually doesn’t make that big of a deal about it.
Otaku
Iori obsessively purchases nearly anything and everything related to popular anime and manga, from figurines to dvds to games. She keeps the collection packed in boxes inside her closet. For one it’s easier for her to access them when they’re organized, and it’s a lot safer than putting all her merchandise stacked on top of her desk. In fact this is just about the only bit of organization she would go through. She seems to hold keen interest in Magical Powered Kanamin and Gekota.

HISTORY: Iori was born and raised in Academy City by her two parents. Her father was a researcher at a company that changed locations often, usually due to the different stages of their research. Her mother usually stayed at home and looked after her precious little girl. By the time she started middle school; she left to live in the dormitories the school offered. She still visits her parents, but more often during the summer.

She never was into dolls and tea parties as a kid. In fact she surprisingly wasn’t interested in those until she was in her teens. She was always interested in computers and video games. She used to always play a game to and from school. She’d often visit the arcade or play on the computer. One of the best moments of her life was when she had the highest score on her favorite game at the arcade. Around her second year of middle school she started looking into programming, planning on eventually creating a game of her own. Sometimes she hacks into school networks or some random website to test her skills.

Around the start of middle school, she became interested in Manga. She began collecting all kinds of manga and started watching their tv adaptions. While she lived in her own dorm, she needed a job that would support her ever growing collection. She ended up working part-time as a waitress at a restaurant her family often visited. It was a rather simple job, and with her paycheck and added tips she could easily buy all the merchandise she ever wanted.

Malicious Fake: Iori's power is known as Malicious Fake. It allows her to control computers directly without using an peripherals like a keyboard or mouse. This is quite potent when combined with her coding/hacking skills. She can use her power in a 25 meter radius but can only target one computer at a time. Computers with firewalls or other defenses make it more difficult for her power to take effect, and thus take time until she breaks through. Currently she can control security robots and most forms of electronic surveillance, and reprogram them for whatever needs she has of them.

Iori picked up coding while she was in school due to her interest in video games.
Video Games
Don’t even try to go against her in a video game. Not only is she very good at the ones she plays, she picks up on new games very easily.
Hacking
Mostly a hobby to test her coding skills, she can hack into some school networks and websites. Anything with a more secure network becomes a challenge to her. Of course she always uses a proxy server, as she’d never risk giving away her own ip address.

First think I’m going to do is comment in her appearance? Right. I personally believe that she actually has got a distinguishing feature. May it be her hair color or the color of her eyes. Definitely something very unique.


Ok abilities~

First off I need to ask you, if that key pressing thing is the maximum of her ability and how big you think her range would be. So yeah, it would be nice to see what she’s capable of.

Oh, and Hacking. She can hack correct? Please add that to your Other Abilities section and explain how good she is at that. That’s rather important after all.

Precision is the word. I think you are rather aiming for the opposite with your ability. Lifting a mass of 250kg sounds like a specialisation in strength to me and not something aiming for precision. I’d rather suggest you to focus on aiming for smaller objects, increasing her range and allow more precise movements~

Even lifting a human’s mass is something I’d consider a little bit too high.

Not sure what telekinesis has in relation to the ability to operate computers or hacking without touching the keyboards.

Actually this is already an established canon ability that features in To Aru Railgun Visual Novel game by Sakurazaka Fuuga who is a student of Sakugawa Middle School.

The ability is called Malicious Fake [Level 1]

Fuuga's power is known as Malicious Fake (認証穿刺(マリシャスフェイク) Ninshou Senshi (Marishasu Fueiku)?, lit. "Authentication Puncture"). It allows her to control computers directly without using any peripherals like a keyboard or mouse.

Only difference between the power you listed is you would require a keyboard while Malicious Fake doesn't require it.

Reading through the rest of the profile it seems she's more or less a indoor type of Esper who doesn't neglect basic workouts but ultimately prefers indoors. I think Malicious Fake is the ability more suitable to arm her with as a hacker but what do you think?

If you still intend on going with telekinesis that's fine too and I'll approve with that. Choice is yours.

Level 2 Malicious Fake

She can manipulate and hack into electrical devices from a distance as well as to an extent disrupt remote controlled devices by intercepting the command channels through her abilities. Mmm for example if she was attacked by a drone or remote controlled powered suit she can in theory, intercept the given command and slightly manipulate it. So imagine something like Spell Intercept only it works on machines and electrical devices.
