PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: With long black hair and hazel brown eyes she wears a black sailor uniform with red trim and knot tie. While also wearing black combat shoes and on one leg a strap for 6 throwing knives in total and on the other leg a strap which holds her main combat knives in total three. She also have a combat knife hidden under her right sleeve.  She is 164 cms and her weight remains unknown as she skinned the last person who had that knowledge and blurted it out.

INFORMATION:Rin is a bodyguard by trade within the darkness of Academy city, she has proven quite capable despite her age with the help of her ability and her innate skill to keep calm in high pressured situations. Her role within the Dark Side SS: Unendliche Jagd is to bodyguard the target along with a few others against both the Assassins and ITEM. So she can get her target out of Academy city in one piece. It's believed she has been working within the darkness of Academy for three years.

She is often described as a cool beauty, with the ability to keep calm in high pressured situations while also showing a lack of caring for her teammates and often gets angry when they mess up specially with easy tasks. Since their mistakes could cost someone their lives and the mission. Her three years of experience within the darkness had left her rather cold towards others and finds it hard to show her kinda side. But she shows a good level of respect that those who work with her can see she ultimately wants everyone to get through the mission alive. But she isn't willing to risk herself to protect them specially if they made the horrible mistake which costs them not only the mission but also their lives. And when people make mistakes that angered Rin or she needs answers from captives she has shown to have the stomach for torture by skinning people alive with her knives. Though she is will to go to such lengths she actually hates doing it and only uses it because its a very effective method.

ABILITIES:Selective Severing is a variation of the telekinetic ability, that only allows the user to take control of shapes cut out from objects like cubes and cylinders with remarkable precision. Basically her telekinesis is not based on targeting objects but shapes

And further allows her to move the object like a brick for example out of a wall after it has been cut out. Though it's remarked this doesn't happen like a step by step process but at the exact time. The moment she makes the cut, she gains control of the item she has cut out immediately.

While she can normally use her finger for pinpoint precision,  this ability is only the most powerful with her medium. Which is through the combat knives which she can use to cut through tougher materials much more faster and more accurate. In general she can cut through all non-viscoelastic materials and yet cannot cut through human tissues since the viscoelastic behavior of human tissues throws off her calculations.

• Maximum range: 55 feet = 16.76m.

Other abilities: Trained in physical endurance and self defense hand to hand combat, she also rather capable with combat knives and pretty accurate with knife throwing which is mostly because her ability requires pin-point precision and this has rubbed off on her knife throwing accuracy. It's believed she had once skinned a man alive to get some answers without blinking an eye. Showing that not only she has the stomach for torture she is actually pretty good at it.

Though despite all her training, the biggest benefit to her job as a bodyguard is her ability to keep calm in pressured situations and often having the knack to finding escape routes even though it's not very obvious. (by cutting through walls). And specializes in defensive tactics which has done wonders in her career as a bodyguard.

1. Ability
A new form of telekinesis, which I basically am ready to approve of. However I would advice you to change the wording of the description a little bit.

Overall I feel like it still sounds like multi skill, due to it being the ability to cut as well as the ability that normal telekinesis is. Fixing this issue would be the simple application of proper wording, or rather saying that her Telekinesis isn’t one based on targeting objects but on targeting shapes. What this would mean is that she can only control certain shapes, like cylinders or cubes.
As those kinds of shapes aren’t found that often, her ability would pretty much require her to create them herself, thus the cutting effect. So if she were to target a stone wall for example she would simply imagine the shape of a cube and then grasp control of the designated area, which will then be separated from the rest of the wall and thus be cut out – or rather punched out – with utmost precision.
If you go for this route I also need to request a different form of limiter to her ability, like a maximum weight or volume. Oh and don’t forget to add a range~

Also…what exactly is the combat knives purpose in her ability’s usage? Does it function like Musujime’s flashlight?

2. Other Abilities
Snipers, assault rifles, pistols, throwing knives, hand to hand combat, combat knives, throwing knives and not to forget her rather powerful ability; that’s all her skill-set is and that’s probably nearly all there could possibly be. So without any further hustle and bustle I will ask you to nerf her down quite a bit. Especially with her being a Level 4 Esper she would be more the type to rely on her ability than any outside tools; especially not that large a number!

And the knives are basically like increased focused. She isn't able to cut things as well without them, basically things take 2x longer without them.

Let’s kick off with me giving the promised numbers for her limitations.

Additionally I would ask you to remove marksmanship from the profile, as throwing knives, cutting knives and hand to hand combat already make quite a broad set of skills. Not to forget that there is a decisive difference between knives that are designed for close range combat and those designed for throwing purposes.

Finally – I actually had to confirm this with the rest of the staff first – there is a request to give her ability a slightly better name. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that the current name sucks, however I feel like it should be adjusted to fit a little better into the universe and its typical style of naming the abilities in fancy broken English! See Move Point, Float Dial or Violence Doughnut etc.

New name added thanks to Hyokas, changes added and just copy pasted limits into bio. Since it's a good reference. Removed all mention of guns etc and focus only on knives in general. One leg has strap for throwing knives the other for combat knives.
