Introduction, I guess?

Hello, new face here.

I don't know if this is just beating a dead horse but at least there seems to be some activity? Hopefully, since I absolutely adore the Raildex series and universe and games likes this are too few. I haven't read the latest Novels and not watched the Index III but spoiled myself with the Wiki.

Other than that, I'm twenty-something female and I've done some tabletop RP's and few PBP online games.

Hello there, and welcome to A Certain Alternate Universe! Worry not, we ARE alive and operational even though we had been going through a heavy downtime due to members being busy with IRL matters such as work, family and school.

Replies may tend to get slow at times, but also, feel free to jump in on the chatbox (and Discord, though the link isn't public for reasons pertaining to spam) to chat and get to know the other members and their characters more. It will especially help you understand how the forum works around here, though since you have various RP experiences, I don't reckon you'll have much difficulties settling in. Don't hesitate, either, to ask any questions (either to me, as I'm the co-admin, or to the others) you may have.

I can really sympathize with pressing IRL matters since we all have them but I guess that's life. Slow pace doesn't matter for the same reason. Sorry for a stupid question but how does the chatango box work? I just sign up somewhere and that's it?

Anyway, I guess I should post some sort of outline for character profile in the character in progress thread?

Yep! You just sign up for an account there, and you can use the chatbox without having to set a guest name every time.

As for the character, that's also pretty much right - and if you have any questions in the process before you're ready for the actual evaluation, the chatbox is a good place to ask about all that stuff too. Anyway, glad to have you on board!
