Manga Discussion

He~llo everyone! After a break due to me forgetting about this being satisfied with the success of the Light Novel Discussion Thread (For Index) for a time, I have begun my eternal quest to revive this subforum anew! Men, women, ragecats, Sensei, Ivanator, ancient lifeforms, and other miscellaneous creatures and creations capable of posting on internet roleplaying forums, today I gift you a thread in which to discuss manga!

Not just the Index, Railgun, or Accelerator manga, but any and all that you have read and/or heard of that you find interesting and wish to discuss.

Anyway, earlier today, I started reading Q, by SHIHIRA Tatsuya. There's only 5 chapters out (that I can find, anyway), but they're fairly long, so that's good. The art is really quite something, the characters seem quite neat from what I've seen so far, and the plot is interesting. Basically, it's a world where one day a giant creature called Solaris appeared in the sky, and whenever people look up at it, it drops monsters called Demi down. The plot kicks off when the protagonist Rem meets a mysterious girl named Q with an appetite larger than the Demi themselves. Though not much of it is out, everything I've seen so far is quite good, so I recommend checking it out.

Has anyone else read it? Or does anyone have another manga they liked?

Manga huh? Well I know a really good (yet incomplete one) that I enjoy.

Tate no Yuusha no Narigari. I won't tell you much, to avoid spoilers, but basically a 4 people (they don't know each other) get transported to a fantasy world as the four heroes. They each find themselves in possession of a legendary weapon. A sword, spear, bow and...a shield...not much of a weapon... Our story follows the Shield Hero. Bad things happen, then more things happen. I'm awful at summarizing without spoilers, so I'll just highy recommend that. It's funny, exciting, and has a small note of seriousness to it. Especially early on. Enjoy
