Hi guys,
So Guy and I were thinking of starting Sisters Arc soon. It'd be great to have a Science Arc as part of the main plot, but we're worried that the others won't have much to be involved in if we do Sisters Arc as the main Arc 3. We were thinking we could do Sisters as a Side Story, and have other people do some other plots that could somehow be tied together at the end. That said, the alternate universe we've created is becoming very different already from the original story (tree diagram hasn't been destroyed etc.) so Sisters Arc will most likely be very different too. If any of you guys have suggestions/ ideas on how to make it all work, or if you want to be directly involved in the Sisters Arc somehow, please post here

Well obviously I'm down for it as we discussed.
Though I forgot to mention over PM that if we run it as a main arc we'll need to wait until the current one is over and we've still got a long way to go with that before we're ready to move on to the next.

So for those who might have an interest, Misaka and I have been talking and what we've been thinking is that rather than have the entire Sister's plot as part of the science arc we may instead split it in two and have the Railgun side of things (ITEM, Meltdowner, the laboratories etc) handled in its own separate side story. That frees up the main arc to focus on the Index side of things (Accelerator and the sisters) and the Last order plot.
We're also going to be looking for other subplots to flesh out the main science arc when it rolls around, so if you've got an idea for a science based plot or villain then contact either myself or Misaka.

Im willing to join in on this with two characters: My PC and his elder sister (Kaede Faye).
To tie Haragi into this arc, I was thinking along the lines of Kaede working as a Medical Assistant under Yoshikawa Kikyou during the production of the sisters. But thats up to you guys =S

Haragi will most likely be conflicted about which side to take, but he would probably follow his sis's bias.

I figure I'll highlight this here so people know.
Since Sayuri has no voice but still speaks as normal; lip reading is possible to an extent.. depending on if characters are looking the direction or if their skill is good enough to pick it up (most of the time.. only common basic words.. like yes, no, help, why, huh?.. things you can pick up say in raw anime).
Grey text = Sayuri speaking with no voice.. meaning its only noticed if observed.
Olive text = Sayuri's whiteboard which if looked at will convey communication immediately (assuming the character isn't a foreigner and can read it).

Post 2:
Sayuri gets chased by Skill-outs and they claim that her and her friends have caused a ruckus.. when in actual fact it was the mages who were trying to attack her.
The skill-outs being caught in the conflict decided they just wanted to teach these kids some respect by beating them up. None of the injuries sustained by Sayuri were the result of the skill-outs.
The skill-outs in Sayuri's scene are free to be used/written.
The first skill-out is a hotshot and quick to anger, the second is more reasonable and is acting as backup if things are going well.. and will most likely cower away when the going gets tough.

I think we're more or less done with the alley scene now. I'm thinking that Kuroko should warn Meirin not to pursue Accelerator (obviously without success) but other than that I think we should probably move on. What do you guys say?

RADIO PLAN SUMMARY- UPDATED 25/08/13
Hey guys, this post is a summary of future plot ideas that I have put together from the discussions I’ve had with the rpers involved. Radio SS is turning out to be one of the more complex plots we’ve had so far, so I thought it might be helpful to post this up for everyone so that we can make sure we’re all on the same page and happy with where our story is heading.
I’ve placed spoiler tags just in case there are people who don’t want to be completely spoiled about possible future events. Yes, this is optional viewing (I realise the post is also a very long read), but it’d be great if people could at least look under their appropriate character section(s) and check that you’re completely happy with the ideas there. Reading through other character’s plot ideas might also help in coming up with new ideas for your character, and it will definitely ensure that all our plot threads are nicely tied-in together.
Please make note that these plot ideas are still flexible and not really set in stone at all. This is completely based on what I currently know of your ideas so there are some major gaps. Remember that your character is YOUR character~! While we try to tie in all the ideas together as much as we can so that the plot flows smoothly, I still want to give everyone a chance to play out their own ideas for their own characters. Hopefully, we can make this happen to everyone's satisfaction!

*22nd late afternoon/ night: (current)
1) Sayuri is with a Sister at a restaurant (bonding session). Afterwards, the Sister will realise she doesn’t have enough money to pay for the food and will go out to obtain some more. During that time, Sayuri gets attacked by some magicians, leaving the restaurant highly damaged. (Note that Judgement members will become involved in this investigation). Authorities will be alerted. Witness stories are so bizarre, it leads to much speculation and mystery for Judgement members…
2) Sayuri, who flees the restaurant, becomes spotted by Natsumi, who had been at a close proximity to the place at the time...
3) Meirin starts to stalk Accelerator after witnessing some weird behaviour. She wants to know what he is up to… (Kerri follows after her)(?)
4) Kuroko and Uiharu- to Judgement office to do some investigation (?)
5) Haragi had rushed back home, to check that everything is alright with his sister Kaede. Kaede pretends nothing had happened in front of him, but she is determined to hunt down Accelerator and discover why the clones have been created.
6) Accelerator: bored because the experiments have been currently put on halt due to the higher ups believing (thanks to Tree Diagram) that Mikoto may be onto them.
7) A clone that had been sent (by the higher ups) to distract Mikoto away from the experiments is currently spending time together. The distraction is obviously working- Mikoto will get dragged around the distract doing various activities that her clone wants to do. Too tired to investigate any further, and convinced that they are being treated well, Mikoto will retire to her dorms for the night.
8 ) Sayuri and Natusmi meet after the restaurant incident. After their meeting, Sayuri meets Mari who offers her a place to stay.
*23rd morning:
1) Mikoto has a morning class at school.
2) The clone who had spent time with Mikoto the night before reports to the higher ups that the Original had been successfully distracted away. Satisfied, the higher ups decide to resume the experiments and set a time and place for the night of the 23rd.
3) Judgement members (Kuroko, Uiharu, not sure about others (?): maybe Kerri (?); not sure about Meirin- she may be too busy trying to stalk Accel (?)- let me know if you can please) begin investigation the fight that had taken place last night in a restaurant. A witness (maybe the waitress) tells them about a small girl in a green dress and a brown-haired Tokiwadai girl who had been with her. Other witness stories are very much bizarre and doesn’t make sense…
4) Haragi meets the Sister Mikoto had met and spends some time with her. In the distance, Mari spies them. Gekota badge that the Sister is wearing is mentioned(?), the Sister saying how her “Oneesama” gave it to her…(?)
*23rd noon/early afternoon:
1) After class, Mikoto decides to do a little snooping around about her clones, but Kuroko invites her over to lunch with Uiharu and Saten. Deciding that the investigating can wait, Mikoto happily obliges.
2) During lunch, they discuss the money card incident (maybe mention Accel (?)) and how Uiharu realised they had been placed at locations where there are no security cameras. Mikoto just listens and pretends not to know anything. They also mention the weird restaurant incident (?), talking about how the witness mentioned a girl in a green dress (Sayuri) and a brown-haired Tokiwadai girl with goggles. Mikoto suddenly realises it’s a Sister and almost chokes on her food. Kuroko gets suspicious and accuses her of being the one that demolished public property (?). Mikoto denies everything (well, it IS the truth).
3) The friends make plans to meet up during the week and have girl’s day out [Mikoto will later fail to turn up to these, disappointing her friends and causing a rift in their friendship].
4) After Haragi and the Sister part ways, Mari steals the Gekota badge from the Sister to use as “proof” to Haragi that Mikoto/ her sister was involved in Kaede’s injuries.
*23rd late afternoon/ night:
1) Finally with time to spare, Mikoto decides to do a little investigating. At first, she will consider confronting Kaede again, but would realise that would be fruitless since the blonde woman had appeared to not know details either. Remembering Uiharu’s realisation about how the money cards had been placed where there are no security cameras, Mikoto snoops around in such places. From a distance, Mikoto sees a few of her clones moving unknown equipment in a dark alley (body bag, etc).
2) Wanting to get to the bottom of this, Mikoto investigates further with her pda. She stumbles upon a date, place and time somehow related to the cloning project and rushes there in time to see the clone she had first met (the one with the Gekota badge) become brutally murdered by Accelerator.
3) Accel, Mikoto confrontation. Mikoto questions Accel and realises the truth.
*24th morning onwards:
1) Mikoto awakens in a dazed state, curled up on a bench. Not sure if there will be a canon-like scene with npc Nunotaba Shinobu (?) who had been introduced earlier in this rp.
2) Mikoto will begin her cyber attacks and then physical raids of the facilities.
3) Mikoto fails to turn up to the girl’s day out her friends had organised, worrying them.
Accelerator
- Spoiler:
1) Will play very much a villain role throughout this SS.
2) Bored throughout 22nd-23rd because the experiments had been cancelled.
3) To meet Mikoto on the night of 24th during an experiment, and enlighten her about the reasons behind it(?)
4) Will be stalked and observed by Meirin.
5) Will be tracked down and confronted by Kaede Faye about the clones.
6) Experiments continue even during Mikoto’s struggles against it.
7) Second confrontation with Mikoto, who goes for a suicide method to trick the scientists into thinking she has no value. Accelerator almost kills the original Railgun (?), who gets rescued just in time by a gang of heroes (Guy, Kuroko, others(?)).
8 ) Later to be defeated by our heroes (majorly: Guy?)

1) his entire reason for being in this SS is because of his meeting of a Misaka Clone. As Charles(Charlemagne) is generally unpredictable in this manner, it would make sense for him to take "interest" in the project. if you ask for his position on it, i will have to say he doesn't have one. he's in it for his own self interest, it just "benefits the church as well". He's also very interested in the manner they speak, which throws him off. (and seems to make a possible odd comedic moment)
2) Because of meeting a clone, and hearing rumors of multiple people appearing of the same person, he decides that it may prove to be a good information gathering for the church, along with building up his understanding for the misaka that was obviously "not right". He does deduce that the clone is Mikoto's and that is generally where he is at this moment [23rd July]. (Hounding and sniffing around for information on the clone, among looking into labs and such.)
3) For the most part, he's going to be probably avoiding all confrontation, as he doesn't want to be exposed...
Emiya Shirou

1) To meet Misaka10040 in Radio Noise SS
Fujiwara Sayuri
- Spoiler:
1) A side story involving magic will center around Sayuri and the Sisters who develop a good friendship over time. The Sisters will be greatly influenced by this little girl and learn what it means to have a friend.
1a)Sayuri picks up item dropped by Mari. They meet and chat. Eventually leads to Mari giving her a place to stay.
2) Sayuri, who will most likely be unaware of the truth behind the Sisters until the finale of Radio SS/ where this story will overlap with Arc 3, will think that the different Sisters are actually the single ‘friend’ she made on that fateful day of 22nd July. Because the Sisters share knowledge and memories via the Misaka network, they all recognise her as a friend and someone they had promised to help against the threats of magicians.
3) After a restaurant incident, Judgement will be involved. Witness reports are so strange and bizarre, there is much speculation and mystery for the authorities to solve.
4) Develops a friendship (?) with Natsumi after the certain restaurant incident...
5) One event will see Sayuri running into Mikoto (who will probably be deeply involved in stopping the project by then) and will greet her. Mikoto will most likely be a fugitive then, and will be wearing plain clothes. Sayuri could perhaps question about it, since she had only seen the Sisters wear Tokiwadai uniform (?). Mikoto, who has no idea who the little girl is, would probably snap at her (yes, she'll be in a bad mood), scaring Sayuri and hurting her feelings.
6) This misunderstanding would probably be cleared up by a Sister informing Sayuri that it was her childish Oneesama who she had bumped into.
7) The Sisters and Sayuri will get into some adventures involving magicians. Opportunities for character development, bonding.
8 ) Sayuri to later witness Accelerator’s brutal murder of a clone, closer to the finale. Realisation of the truth behind the Sisters she had known.
Guy Li
- Spoiler:
1) Currently involved in Arc 2, but later will be involved as Radio SS overlaps with Arc 3.
2) will be told by students/ teachers at Tokiwadai that Mikoto will be away for an unknown amount of time due to family reasons.
3) Later discovers the truth about the Sisters somehow(?)- maybe he could meet a Sister(?) realises she’s not Mikoto… Later finds out/ realises Mikoto is in hiding within Academy City.
4) He tracks her down (thanks to the timely drop of Mikoto’s Gekota keyring (?)- or we could use this later in another plot line(?)) while she gets ready for her second confrontation with Accelerator.
5) Guy forces her to spill the truth, they have a confrontation about it, with him trying to talk her out of facing Accel. She zaps him unconscious and goes off to act out the suicide plan.
6) Will be involved in the final confrontation with Accelerator.
Haragi Faye
- Spoiler:
1) Also involved in Main Arc 2 currently, to observe timeline… Haragi will meet the Sister who has the Gekota badge on the 23rd, spending some time with her. He will notice the badge- the Sister may explain that her “Oneesama” gave it to her.
2) When Kaede gets injured [refer to Kaede’s section point 2], Haragi will be told it was Mikoto’s fault by the higher ups. A little suspicious, but remembering how the two had seemed to be on not-so-great terms before, and probably wanting someone to point a blaming finger on(?) [angry at seeing Kaede so injured], Haragi accepts his new mission: eliminate the Railgun.
2a) Haragi is shown some proof that Mikoto may be involved in Kaede’s injuries- Mari steals the Gekota badge from the Sister after Haragi leaves. She plants the “evidence” to convince him. [refer to Other Ideas section part 1]
3) When Mikoto goes to raid a facility, she meets Haragi and Mari. Haragi tries to find out the truth behind Kaede’s injuries by questioning Mikoto. Mikoto finds out that Kaede is injured via Haragi(?). Mikoto gradually puts the pieces together and realises that the higher ups are manipulating him, and had attacked Kaede in order to make real of their recent blackmailing [refer to Mikoto’s section point 5]. She will try to convince Haragi she was not the one to hurt Kaede directly. Will he believe her?
4) To develop a brotherly relationship with the Sisters (?) At first, he protects them because he realises how much kaede cares about the Sisters, but then the fight gradually becomes personal (?)
5) Haragi to pursue the truth of the Project once he finds out the existence of it. After the battle with Mikoto, he goes to visit his sister (who'll be desperately begging him to find out the truth and somehow find out Mikoto hasn't told him everything about the Project). By that time he probably will want to find Mikoto. (?) [Mikoto may be a fugitive by that time]
6) Once Haragi becomes more of an active ‘protector’ of the Sisters, maybe he could do a fight with Meirin (?) She will be killing clones by then I think [refer to Meirin’s section point 6]
7) Could also be targeted by the Dark side (?)
Hisakawa Miyako

3a) Natsumi tails Mikoto and witnesses the fight between her and Mari. After watching Mari defeat Mikoto, Natsumi steps in, not wanting Mikoto to die (note: she doesn't necessarily want to save her, just feels that it would be inconvenient for her to die, and she'd assume Mari intended to do the deed). How she feels about Mikoto at this point will depend on the rp progress.
4) Could later be hired to eliminate Meirin, due to her interference with the Level 6 shift (?) [refer to Meirin’s section point 6]
Kaede Faye
- Spoiler:
1) To track down Accelerator in order to question him about the truth behind the cloning project.
2) Will be later hurt when the higher ups discover what she is up to, as punishment and to keep her silent. Her injuries will be explained to Haragi as Mikoto’s fault, to give him more motivation to carry out his next assignment [refer to Haragi’s section point 2] and to blackmail Mikoto.
3) After recovery… Kaede plans to go to the final experiment site to stop Accelerator from killing #10032 (or w/e sister Touma protected in the Canonverse) by which she knows of prior to when she was injured. This would be shortly after Haragi visits her and leaves to pursue what Kaede was involved with which follows up to finding the compiled information in her room. And the call from the hospital regarding his sister escaping which adds another reason to track down Mikoto as fast as possible.
Kamijou Touko

Kerri McKinley

1) Maybe could be involved in the investigation of the bizarre restaurant attack case(?) [refer to Saryuri’s section point 3, and 22nd night of timeline section]
2) Kerri would probably be able to start to build Kuroko's trust at the investigation of the restaurant, showing how he can be useful, asking witnesses and such. I'm no sure exactly when this would happen, perhaps Kerri and Meirin could be called to investigate, putting their tracking mission on hold, just when Accelerator stops at his home? Then Kerri could tail Meirin when she leaves after some investigating, ensuring to Kuroko that she'll keep an eye on her.… Ordered to keep Mikoto safe(?) But he would do that with a detached manner (?) I.e. get the job done but doesn’t really care about her personally. When he realises how much Mikoto means to Kuroko, he might feel more obliged personally (?)
3) Kerri will keep the imformation he gives out limited. He could try to get proof before presenting all of his information to kuroko. Mack tracks Kaede to the railyuard (night of 23rd), and becomes a witness to what Accelerator does, and take an image to use mainly as "insurance". Kerri could ask about any evidence they have, and be given that by the group because of how loyal he is, and of course with the threat of the consequences of leaking something like that out.
3a) Kuroko could then go to Kerri with what information she has, to see if what he didn't tell her (about the clones being killed) is true [info she has learned after meeting with Kaede]. He'd be able to give her hard evidence to erase any doubt she has, the image, and the copies of official documents confirming Kaede's story.
3b) When Kerri found out about Kuroko's personal connection to Misaka, he'd decide that he sould withhold information about exactly what is happening with the experiment, at least until he tries finding something a little more convincing. He may ask about their relationship curiously, slightly surprised at Kuroko knowing the Railgun, and decide that he wanted to try getting a little more information to prove what he's investigating. Mainly because, he is slightly moved emotionally by the sincerity in Kuroko's voice when she speaks about her "Onee-sama" (that last part is a bit of a stretch, but I figure he can relate to sibling love, at least in an indirect way)
3c)Kerri just wants to check a source of his to see if there's any possible evidence to be safe. He's basically telling Kuroko about several extremely illegal and immoral things, and he just wants to be sure to see if there's anything more he can show her to convince her if the documents not enough. It's more him double-checking for anything he had missed. Kuroko may try going to Kerri after learning about the information she got from Kaede to either see if he had any real proof (copies of the documents, and an extremely convincing piece of proof) Maybe is is unnecessay, but he's going to be telling Kuroko that Academy City has cloned her best friend, and that the most powerful esper in the City has been tasked with killing tem. They don't kkow anything about what's going on rrht now, so there's no snse of urgency.
4) Kerri vs. Mikoto while the others have gone for a final confrontation with Accelerator to stop the experiments. Eventually, they could form some sort of truce and go to see the final resolution(?) It’d a shame for them to miss it!
Mari Illustrious Makinami

1) Mari takes in Sayuri, offers her a place to stay.
1a) Mari is someone who does her job and does what she loves. Spies on Haragi spending some time with the Sister with the Gekota badge on the 23rd July. Ordered to steal the badge because of a call from Kaede's boss, to frame Mikoto and set Haragi against her as the reason for Kaede’s injuries. [refer to Other Ideas section part 1]
2) Haragi vs Mikoto vs Mari. Mari on orders to protect the facility, and keep Mikoto alive. However, itching for combat, she uses each of the orders solely as an excuse for fighting. Mari to fight against Mikoto, using the excuse that she's trying to keep her from breaking the machinery, and Haragi, saying that she's just trying to keep him from doing too much damage to Mikoto. She'll be aiming to accomplish these missions, but she'll just be fighting unnecessarily. This may also cause Mikoto and Haragi to go at each other, because while they're fighting Mikoto will constantly try to runaway, and Haragi will be trying to stop/restrain/beat her down to get information, and Mikoto will retaliate.
Haragi's anxiety and regret over his sister's injury, Mikoto's lack of sleep and stress from the death of her sisters and destroying the facility already keeps their sanity low. Mari to be the lump in the mix that fights both and causes the two of them to go haywire, destroying any rationality.
2a) Mari was ordered to keep Misaka alive, but not unharmed. She's supposed to be just a back up in case Haragi takes things too far against her. The intention is to make it seem as if Misaka is involved in the plan, but feigns innocence. They need her alive in the off chance they ever need more DNA, and she's still useful for experiments. Mari to be involved in different jobs (?) Between one side that wants to put the facility's safety at top priority and the other that wants Misaka's life safe. Mari would just fight it out, each job as an excuse to battle.
3) Mari is used as a supervisor for the clones, after several facilities have been destroyed, simply to keep watch over their attacks on Misaka and report them. After viewing Misaka convince the clones to stop, she questions her.
3a) Mari vs. Mikoto. They converse about their reasons for fighting. Mari appears extremely calm... She takes out her knives to examine them etc, while throwing jibes at Mikoto. At Mari's callousness, Mikoto will probably get angry and attack her on whim (at first with electricity?). Mikoto wouldn't aim to kill at first... but when Mari continues to taunt her... About how her attacks only seem half-hearted and she'd get nowhere if she continued in that manner. Angered, Mikoto loses it for a moment and grabs the knife Mari had dropped when Mikoto had first attacked her, and tries to stab her in the chest. It fails because of Mari's ability. Shocked, Mikoto lets her guard down for a moment which is enough for Mari to knock her out. As Mikoto falls into unconsciousness, the last thing she hears is Mari's dark question. Mari hides Mikoto's body, and leaves, having considered her job successfully done, and doesn't kill her in hopes of a proper fight in the future...
3a) Confrontation: Natsumi vs Mari [refer to Natsumi’s section point 3a]
4) Could later be hired to eliminate Meirin (?), due to her interference with the Level 6 shift exp [refer to Meirin’s section point 6]
Meirin Sakamoto
- Spoiler:
1) Plans to stalk Accel for a while, to see what he is up to. She is suspicious of him.

2) Maybe could be involved in the investigation of the bizarre restaurant attack case(?) [see Saryuri’s section, and 22nd night of timeline section] But she maybe a bit too busy for this if she’s following Accel around. Maybe she could be informed of it, but is more interested in Accelerator’s movements(?) Much to Kuroko’s frustrations?
3) Accel to drop a clue about the experiments to Meirin (?) Meirin to witness some actual experiments, but does not interfere and merely watches. Wanting to know why Accel is killing look-alikes of Misaka Mikoto, she investigates and puts pieces of the puzzle together, realising that somebody is trying to get Accel stronger.
4) Not wanting Accelerator to get any stronger, Meirin would start hunting down and killing the clones herself.
5) Mikoto to later discover this fact (?) Will end up having a Mikoto vs Meirin….
6) The higher ups will probably notice the mysterious and unplanned deaths/ disappearances of the clones. When this happens, they will try to track down the source (Meirin) and will also try to eliminate her. Perhaps groups of Sisters can be sent(?) Or somebody like Mari Illustrious Makinami (?) or Hujisaka Natsumi (?) [anyone affiliated with the Dark side] could be ordered to eliminate Meirin because she is interfereing?
7) Maybe Meirin could have some fights with Haragi(?) [refer to Haragi's section, parts 4,5]
Misaka 10040

1) To meet Shirou in the Radio Noise SS SS
Misaka Mikoto
- Spoiler:
1) After meeting with Accel, Mikoto resolves to stop the experiments alone. Her friends notice the subtle changes in her behaviour and failure to turn up to their gatherings and they become worried.
2) Mikoto will first proceed with cyber attacks, but then they become blocked will begin to physically raid them.
3) During her earlier (cyber?) attacks (and depending on Arc 2’s timeline), Mikoto will discover the destruction of Tree Diagram. Also, the realisation that Academy City itself is her enemy will be made probably pretty early.
4) The higher ups, who have seen Mikoto’s meeting with Accel via live viewing, are already aware that the Original may interfere and makes preparations. When she commences her cyber attacks, they actively seek to subdue her by blackmailing. They threaten her life, but while Mikoto would get tense/ paranoid, she would ignore this and continue on with her assault.
5) When the higher ups realise their threats are not working, they start threatening her friends. Realising that Kaede is also seeking information about the experiments (not sure if she WILL actually know anything by then… (?)) and that she has had contact with Mikoto before, they injure Kaede (as punishment, and to keep her silent). They could send Mikoto evidence(?)- or she could later find out via Haragi [refer to Haragi’s section part 2,3]. Haragi vs Mikoto vs Mari [refer to Other Ideas section part 1]
6) Realising that her friends may be in serious danger, Mikoto decides to cut all connections with them and go fugitive of her own will. This will be planned out to make it difficult for her enemies to keep track of her movements. She also knows that her disappearance would cause some kind of panic and predicts that Academy City would probably make some cover story up to save face. And they do- the higher ups, not wanting the truth about the experiments to be exposed, create a cover story about how the Railgun had to urgently leave Academy City for a while due to family matters. [Mikoto takes only the most treasured/ necessary items with her]
7) Mikoto’s friends would obviously be concerned- they might try contacting her via mobile, but Mikoto won’t answer. Ruiko and Kazari may believe in the cover story of Mikoto having family matters, for hadn’t she seemed down lately? But Kuroko thinks something is weird- her Oneesama would never leave without saying good bye to her, no matter what the problem was…
8 ) To somehow discover Meirin’s actions… Yes, she will be furious. Meirin vs. Mikoto?
9) In a raid, the Sisters get ordered to eliminate Mikoto (?). Mikoto talks with her Sisters a bit, alludes them, destroys the facility and is about to get out when she runs into Mari.
9a) Mari, who is used as a supervisor for the clones, blocks her exit to question her, becoming curious about her reasons for fighting after overhearing Mikoto converse with and convince her Sisters. Mari vs. Mikoto [refer to Mari's section point 3]
9b) Angry at Mari's taunts, Mikoto loses grip of herself and attempts to kill her out of pure rage. When it fails, Mikoto becomes frozen with shock and Mari seizes the moment to knock her out. As Mikoto falls unconscious, Mari asks her something that haunts the very sense of who she is. Mikoto later wakes up from her head blow and check on her progress, only to find that her attempts had had no effect.
10) Mikoto’s futile struggles against the project to be observed by Hujisaka Natsumi, who will be involved as a “spectator” to see how the Original deals with the Level 6 Shift.
11) As Mikoto contemplates her next move, Sayuri mistakes her for a Sister and says hello. Mikoto, who obviously has no memories of her, snaps at her (since she’ll be in a foul mood), scaring Sayuri away. [refer to Sayuri’s section point 4]
12) Realising her attempts are not working at all, Mikoto desperately tries to find a new solution. With Tree Diagram gone, she decides to go for a final confrontation Accelerator (the second confrontation) to make the scientists believe there is no merit in using clones of her to level up Accel.
13) On her way there, she is confronted by Guy who found out the truth [refer to Guy’s section points 3, 4,5]. She zaps him and proceeds with her plans, getting very much injured by Accel. She is rescued by a team of heroes.
14) Exhausted and injured, Mikoto will probably be out for the next couple of days after the second confrontation, during which others who are involved could plan something (?)
15) Inwardly grateful but outwardly furious that they had interfered… As the others go out to carry out their plan against Accelerator, Mikoto is watched by Kerri (?). Unable to just stand by and wait, Mikoto tries to get past him but… Kerri vs. Mikoto (?)
16) Rifts with her friends Kuroko, Uiharu, Saten throughout the plot, especially Saten. There may be trust issues between Mikoto and Kuroko (?). Kuroko may remove her railgun coins after Mikoto becomes hospitalised- which Mikoto later realises while fighting Kerri (?) [refer to Kerri’s section point 3]
Nunotaba Shinobu- open NPC

1a) Involved in fish noise
1b) Nunotaba becomes impeded by Mack as she tries to get inside the facility. Him and his partners that he's working with are going to be an obstacle she tries to overcome, but fails and gets captured. And after she does, she could be delivered for interrogation to the person who hired Deep-Six, and what happens next could come up later.
2) Perhaps her intelligence (and her 'Critical' power) could be seen as useful after getting captured, and she could be offered the opportunity to be trained in stealth and combat (with her aenesthetic being an item she uses) and work for Academy City's Darkside. In exchange, they won't use any more Sisters' for the Radio Noise experiment, but threaten to kill all of the Sisters' in Academy City, and her, if she is believed to be betray them (they could leave out a few details such as how they had been planning to stop the use of the Sisters for the sake of expanding the Misaka network over the globe, and the fact that only ten sister's, the number of them in Academy City, lives would be lost, in the event that they were even willing to kill any of them).
3) She could be forced to join... wait for it... ITEM. I figure this would be a nice twist later on and we actually have half a clue what happens to her after the Sisters' arc. Seriously, What's worse then a character dying, or even just being killed off by someone or just being told that it happens out of the blue by a character, is when they're tossed aside and forgotten... I'm griping, sorry.
4) Anyway, It would make sense in a way. With the dangerous members, especially Rikuo with her tracking ability. She could be forced to undergo the procedure to gain esper powers so she emits AIM which can be tracked, and so she can possibly gain a real power. And she could be motivated to ensure the Sisters' safety, when in reality the only person in danger is herself. It may be a nice surprise in the future when ITEM is introduced.
Shirai Kuroko

1) Involvement in the strange restaurant attack case + the money card incident… Will they eventually somehow lead to the truth?
1a) Develops some level of trust with Kerri [refer to Kerri’s section point 1]

2) Could be distracted by a rumour around Tokiwadai that Mikoto was seen dragged off by a beautiful blonde woman (Kaede). At first, she dismisses it as a silly rumour, but when Mikoto starts behaving strangely, this rumour keeps pestering in her mind and she looks into it. This investigation leads her to various random suspects, and eventually Kaede- info about the Radio Noise project?
3) Some small scenes in the beginning of Mikoto’s raids, featuring Uiharu/ Saten/ Kuroko discussing her weird behaviour. Saten will probably get annoyed (?), Kuroko will probably defend her Oneesama (?)
4) After Mikoto reportedly left due to family matters, Kuroko feels upset that her Oneesama had left without saying goodbye and cannot be contacted. She feels that something is amiss. Perhaps Kuroko could see glimpses of her Oneesama (the Sisters) around the city, which makes her more suspicious(?)
5) Kuroko (with others?) helps Mikoto get away on the verge of death during her second confrontation with Accel after realising her Oneesama is still around/ realising the truth.
6) Finding out the truth and seeing Mikoto in such a state will also be a big turning point for Kuroko- she might also realise there is more to Academy City than meets the eye…
7) Will later discover the existence of the Sisters, will be involved in the resolution to some degree. Involved in final battle [teleportation effective against Acclerator? Teleportation is said to have vectors through the 11th dimension however…]
Emiya Shirou

2) Perhaps once things heat up further down the plot line, the ones behind Sisters project could perhaps kidnap either Saten (or Kazari (?)), carrying out the actual threat. The other friend (Saten or Kazari) , with Kuroko could investigate (also as part of judgment) the kidnapping… And perhaps here Kuroko could stumble upon the actual truth (??)
3) Uiharu and Saten will most likely remain oblivious to the existence of Mikoto’s clones during this Side Story.
4) There will probably be a big rift between Mikoto and Saten, due to Mikoto’s inability to keep her promises… And then especially between Saten and Kuroko, who will defend her Oneesama. Hopefully, they’ll make up in the end.
General/ Other Plot Ideas
- Spoiler:
1) [from rper Kerri] Mari could be ordered to steal the badge because of a call from Kaede's boss, who could possibly try contacting her unnecessarily to meet with Accelerator after getting unsatisfactory answers. She could tell the higher up, who send Deep-Six to incapacitate her.
They'd also order them to take something that could be identified as Misaka Mikoto's. The Tree-Diagram could show high likelihood of Misaka doing things to interfere with the project, and this could be insurance in case she tries to interfere. They would order this object to be left at the scene of the crime, and for an image, showing Kaede with the gekota badge in her hand, and part of a Tokiwadai uniform attached.
The Higher ups could make up a story of Misaka attacking Kaede for asking too many questions about project radio noise, and Kaede managing to rip the badge off of her. Heck, Mari could buy part of a Tokiwadai uniform and rip the badge off, then place it in the garbage outside of Tokiwadai, and hand the badge to her partner. Haragi could be advised to check the garbage for evidence, find the uniform with Misaka's name in it, connect the pieces, and want answers. The Higher ups could even keep Haragi from speaking with his sister, making the doctors taking care of her want to run tests and let her rest.
With that, they send a violent warning to a person asking too many questions, and find protection for their facility in one fell swoop. They just ask Deep-Six for another favor, putting Misaka's protection as the primary objective, and the protection of the facility as secondary, since they can always rebuild machinery, but not revive a person. However, Mari is pretty wild and unstable... it isn't not impossible for her to accidentally destroy the equipent when she has a major emotional rush.
2) [from rper Kerri] Meirin knows she can't take on accelerator, so what if she simply followed him back to his house, and waited until he left to search it. Accelerator isn't really the most cautious person, so it's possible he left documents pertaining to the Level 6 Shift project in his apartments. Nothing big that gives it away, just vague information to help them grab onto the tail of the beast. Meirin could probably want to settle this on her own, and rehide the documents. Kerri, who's still secretly following her (that's what I'm planning) decides to explore and see what she found, hoping she was smart enough to leave it where she found it. He does, and secretly shows it to Kuroko, mentioning Meirin finding it first. He wouldn't do it to try implying that she wasn't trustworthy, more like he wanted to try gaining her trust. He would advise her on just keeping an eye on Meirin, so she doesn't do anything rash.
3) [From Natsumi's rper] After the 9982nd experiment, Natsumi would decide to help indirectly Mikoto by spreading random rumours about her (by a belief that it's not bad publicity), making people wonder about her.
She would need a reason to take a break off school, and may ask Guy to help her out with that.
After that, she would question Guy & Kuroko about whenever they knew about the rumours going about Mikoto (most likely to meet them outside of Tokiwadai Middle School), before ultimately admitting that she was the one who spread them and asking both of them why she would spread rumours around, making them wonder why.
Then she'd mention that it wasn't out of spite, but to help Misaka. And tell Guy that Misaka is upset with her 'Sisters' (though she wouldn't tell him about Shift), continuing by telling him that's all he needs to know.
Her reason for telling him would be some hope that Guy would be concerned over his students' well-being, and be able to talk her down from doing something stupid. If he couldn't then she would be fine with the fact that Misaka can defend herself. Hoping that Misaka would get the hint that Guy has only very vague information like that, and not tell him anything.
Even if there was little information on that, she would confirm that Misaka is involving herself in something really bad, that is proven by the fact that she had been absent for a few days, which never happened before.
For Kuroko, she might make an exception since she's technically part of law enforcement, has a powerful ability, and is intelligent.
Finally, Guy could possibly meet with someone involved, like maybe Kerri, and learn about what's going on with Misaka from him/her.
Next, I wanted to mention that I will make Natsumi follow Misaka on the night where Guy will confront her (getting her paralysed by the electric blast for a while in the process), then proceed to stopping Misaka from killing herself along with the other 'heroes'.
I will probably also involve Natsumi in the final showdown against Accelerator, in an attempt of doing something about the Shift herself.

Guy gets to have the final showdown with Accel, huh? I wonder how thatll play out :S
Just find it kind of awkward since Guy hasn't much involvement with the Arc yet but w/e works out will be satisfactory I guess.
EDIT: Btw around point 5, I was actually wanting to have Haragi pursue the truth of the Project as well once he finds out the existence of it and Kaede's involvement with it and the Dark Side (Which will severely piss him off). And sometime after the battle between both Misaka and him, he goes to visit his sister (who'll be desperately begging him to find out the truth and somehow find out Misaka hasn't told him everything about the Project). By that time he probably will want to find Misaka. But again theres probably other ways to go about this ;_;
And to consider the fact that Haragi has somewhat unpleasant history with Accelerator back in the institute they both went to and when Haragi was pursuing someone from the Magic side exactly one month before Arc 2 started with the whole idea of how Accelerator doesn't understand the fact that they are both "Prisoners of Academy City". With all this, I think Haragi will be more than simply pissed off to find out Accelerator is the person killing off the sisters.

Hmm. Just read this. I like it.
Although, my goal was for Meirin to be seen more as a separate antagonist - one that isn't definitely bad, but isn't good either - throughout this, while things remain abundantly clear that she isn't the real enemy; she's just someone that you should keep an eye out for, like when Accel is feeling murderous.
Also, she isn't jealous of the Level 6 program; she just doesn't want someone as nuts and powerful as Accelerator to get that strong, because then she stands no chance of actually beating him; in short, her entire reason for interfering is because she doesn't want anybody to be so strong she doesn't stand a chance of defeating them. So she's taking drastic measures to prevent that by killing off Misaka clones. If those measures mean she has to attempt to kill ten thousand Misaka clones, she'd do it to prevent Accelerator from doing it.
In my opinion, while this is horrifically cruel and arguably evil, it IS a choice she would believe to be the right one. She would believe that she isn't killing people; she's destroying tools created to make an already godly-powerful Esper even stronger, thus keeping him Level 5. While her motives are selfish, the intention is in the right place... sort of.
