APPEARANCE:Kazuko Iwasaki has bright blue eyes, and long brown hair. Despite how others her age might like to dress, she tries to keep away from anything too flashy, instead opting for darker, or duller colours.Whenever possible, she likes to wear her favorite black jacket which feature cat ears on the hood because...well, why not? They're cool. Along with that, her favorite outfit would include her yellow tank top, as well as simple jeans. Although, if it gets warm enough, she may opt for a pair of shorts instead. As for skirts, she wasn't a big fan. But if neccessary, she would be sure to wear shorts or something underneath. After all, why risk it? As for the chest department however, she seems to be lacking. This doesn't really bother her though, as it's not like she's trying to attract anyone, she simply enjoys hanging out with her friends. Make-up is rarely to be seen (if ever) and all she does to get ready to go out, is simply brush through her hair a couple of times, to make sure it's smooth, though she doesn't really need to put much effort in as it just seems to naturally straighten. When she's alone, she can often be seen wearing earphones, listening to music, though these quickly disappear when she starts talking to someone.

PERSONALITY:
-Optimist: Always trying to keep herself and others happy, she attempts to find the light in any situation. Be it small or large, she will try her best to keep spirits up.
-Loyal: Her loyalty to her friends is unwavering.She'd sooner go through hell and back, than betray the trust of her friends, or leave them alone in a tough situation.
-Trusting: Kazuko loves being trusted, as well as trusting people. She's willing to trust just about anyone to be good. But don't be fooled, she's no fool and can tell when someone crosses that line.
-Hidden Feelings: Although she's an optimist, even she has emotions that range into the darker end of the spectrum. However, not wanting to burden others with her feelings (especially her friends) she tries to keep up a smile and a happy demeanor at all times.
-Fun-loving: She loves having fun, wether it's on her own, or with friends, she can easily find something to entertain herself. But even so, when the situation calls for it, she can be serious. Mostly.

HISTORY: Kuzuko Iwazaki, is a single child stemming from a simple family. When she was young, she always had many friends, and was generally liked by all.The problem however, was that they didn't last long, as she and her family moved a lot. Her parents never seemed satisfied with their home, neighbors, or even her school.This led her to always having to find new friends. And while she always found great friends, she always felt sad having to leave them behind. Eventually, she decided to limit the number of her friends, not only for herself, but for the people she would have befriended.

In her time of moving about , she attended many different schools, each with their own clubs, and sport teams. She was always interested in doing something like that, but no matter what she tried she couldn't find something she truly enjoyed. Pehaps she got this from her parents. At any rate, while she was good at everything she did though, and managed to pick up a few things, she never excelled at any of them.

Shortly after turning 15 she finally decided to confront them with an idea. She couldn't stand moving around anymore. After a fair deal of begging her parents, they relented. They could tell, even if she didn't show it, that she was unhappy with the constant moving. Thus they allowed her to apply to a school in Academy City. There she would do her best to make it to be an esper. Here she attended a certain highschool where, sadly due to old habits and fear that something might happen, she failed to make a great deal of friends. Though she longed to have more, it was difficult for her to overcome her few years of conditioning against it. As time passed, things seemed to be getting more, and more bleak as she went through her school year, identified as a level 0. This all changed however about a month before her birthday. At this time a star lit up in the sky for Kazuko, she had been identified as a level 1 esper. She was elated by these news for she had accomplished her goal. Sadly however, this news didn't change the fact that her parents weren't with her anymore. In her eyes, there would never be a replacement for them. However, since she didn't want to force them into a life of unhappiness, or boredom, she knew this was for the best.

To-date, she still goes to high school and, so as to not disappoint her parents, has worked hard to improve her ability. She still gets money sent to her from her parents, though it's only just about enough for essentials, with a little to spare for herself. She didn't complain though. She still manages to keep in touch with them via mail and such, but continues to miss them dearly.

OVERCLOCKER: Overclocker is an ability that, put simply, increases the user's reaction speed.
When the user activates Overclocker, it accelerates the brain's proccessing speed beyond that of the natural, human level. This in turn enables them to perceive time at a slower rate, and therefore enables them to react quicker.

Due to the nature of this ability, it causes a host of negative side-effects. As the brain is straining itself beyond what should normally be possible, this can lead to both mental, and physical effects. These effects can range from mild fatigue, to soreness.

She is capable of accelerating to a maximum of 6x that of normal.This level can only be maintained for about 25 seconds. This is due to the great amount of strain this puts on her.
At an acceleration of 2, the side effects are minimal and can be maintained 7 minutes.
At 3x acceleration, things get a little tougher, but not too much. It can be maintained for 4 minutes.
4x is where things get a little difficult. It can be held for about 2 minutes.
Finally, 5x can be held for 50 seconds.
However caution must be held as the longer she keeps it up, the stronger the strain put on her, becomes.
All of these variables are subject to slight deviation, depending on the amount of rest she has had, as well as how she's feeling.
OTHER ABILITIES:
-Well Rounded: Kazuko has always wanted to find something that really interested her, but never found it. This led her to trying all sorts of sports and clubs, though none really held her interest for long. But even so, it allowed her to pick up skills here and there.
-Problem Solver: Despite being fairly average in intelligence, her ability allows her "more time" to think through a problem or figure something out.

Before anything else I need to ask about which is her first name and which the last name?

1. History
So basically her family has been moving around a lot, meaning that she would have become the record breaking transfer student that would have seen schools from any prefecture and city from the inside etc. I don’t mind this kind of background, but I would personally mind her parents moving to Academy City and then moving away only after a short while.
You don’t get into Academy City easily, especially if you don’t intend to study there. One can make business trips to there, but someone with such a moving frequency really wouldn’t be let in. After all Academy City is a place that is very keen on the many regulations it has about visitors, allowing those in so rarely that the only real visitor waves come during events like the Daihaseisai where those regulations are a little bit more lenient. Looking at the visitor treatment it goes without saying that people simply moving there is even more difficult.
Ignoring that, there would still be the issue that if you become a student in Academy City, you are pretty much stuck there. Due to the experiments done to you and the alterations to your brain, you are pretty much turned into a container of valuable data and therefore aren’t simply permitted to leave, unless there is a very veeeery good reason.

To sum it up: Please remove the part where they moved to Academy City and come up with a different explanation taking into account that such moving habits aren’t possible with the city and our current ban on families living inside the city’s walls.

2. Ability
Over Clocker as an ability to alter the speed of ones perception of time, does indeed have the capabilities of advancing your reaction time as well as giving you the bonus of thinking faster than the normal human being. But while it does this, it doesn’t really allow for you to execute quicker movements or cross the limits put on you by your muscles. All you would be able to do is react quicker than any other human and force your body to pull through, nothing beyond that; no speed buffs.

And because it’s an Esper ability it of course – who would have expected it – needs numbers!
• How long can she keep her ability active? After all any Esper ability requires the user to actively do calculations, leading to the ability’s activation. So how long can she keep those up?
• How high can she buff her perception of time? I’d like to have you give me a number along the lines of “she can slow her perception of time to x times slower than normal”.

Other than that, I made some changes, that I hope you will be content with. If you feel it necessary I am willing to change the duration of the ability.

After thinking about it a little, I would actually suggest you to lower the harshness of the negative side effects. Nose bleeds and black-outs are a little too heavy. Mild fatigue and soreness should be enough for what I see as her current level.


Lastly I would like you to change the ability’s time limits to the following:
• 2x acceleration: 7 minutes.
• 3x acceleration: 4 minutes.
• 4x acceleration: 2 minutes.
• 5x acceleration: 50 seconds.
• 6x acceleration: 25 seconds.

I came up with those numbers taking onto account that especially the 6x acceleration would be something rather useful in combat, allowing the user some insane reaction/mental preparation time, which could come in quite handy to form strategies, analyse or simple search out the easiest option of dodging. Obviously, though, you should avoid stretching the usages to the maximum time limit on every use, as the longer you keep it up the heavier the strain will grow.
